it is on caller screen on old phone like j7 2016, that was fine.
but in all phone on Android 9 like A8 plus, j6 and Android 10 has call recorder in three dot.
so samsung update and give at caller screen

Actually as per Google 📞 recording is illegal in india. Also as per government directives call recording feature shouldn't be provided. Devices such as One plus, Pixel and all stock Android devices haven't provided the feature. Before Android 10 update you could use 3rd party apps to record calls but after Android 10 update 3rd party call recording apps are not working because of restrictions by Google. Be glad that atleast Samsung has provided call recording feature. Let it be wherever it is atleast we get that feature. Be thankful to Samsung. I also feel that in order to not show it directly they have hidden it. Check this in Nokia 6.1 plus.

I'm using Coolpad phone and it's also come with inbuild call recordings feature, So stop making fools and give a title to Samsung. Be Honest.

Only in Chinese phones its given. You can test by yourself. I have a Nokia 6.1 plus also in that call recording feature isn't available. when I tried ACR call recording app its not working telling that this feature isn't available in Android 10. You can try by downloading 3rd party apps from Google play store and try in your stock Android phone or the phone which doesn't has call recording feature. The app will work but calls won't record and applicable in Android 10. Test it yourself. I hope this clears your doubts.
