Type C earphones are not working for calls

Type C earphons not working for calls with Galaxy M30s but they are working for listening music, sound recording and speaking with google assistant.

 When I call someone the voice is coming from built-in speaker instead of from earphones. 
 

 I have contacted Samsung customer care but they are not responding properly.

I need software update for this.

As per your query, we want to inform you that your device supports a 3.5 mm jack which supports C-type earphones for media music sound only, however, this does not support the call function.
