In what frequency should I clear wipe cache partition ? What is time taken for clearing cache partition ? Will it affect my personal data in my phone ? Will it brick my phone or slow down ?
Please anyone answer these questions.
Device:- Samsung m30s, 4 gb 64gb variant, Android 10 one ui 2.0 core, November 2020 security patch.

You should clear cache partition once a month and after updates, that is optimal.

Around 1 to 2 seconds will be taken to clear cache partition.

No, no personal data will be affected.

It will not brick or slow down your phone, it will make it faster in some cases.

My main problem is, while playing heavy games like Call of duty and Asphalt 9, there are no lag at all very smooth. But, sometimes when there is incoming call, it lags very much and sometimes doesn't respond when I click on receive.
Also, once my phone was not turning on, but after 2 or 3 seconds in turned on, it was during morning.
So, What's wrong with my device ? It is handling heavy games but lagging in simple tasks. I am afraid, if my phone will also start auto restarting problem like others.

Never. Do it after updates if you feel like the battery is draining or there are performance issues. Android does it automatically after each update anyway.

A few seconds.

No.

No, but be careful while picking options. Accidents happen in over-confidence.

In short, it's pointless. It happens when it is required. You can do it manually to make you feel good and get peace of mind.

I don't know what's the issue then. If you are doing something heavy and, you get a lag while getting a call, then it's normal. Otherwise, try resetting Phone app or maybe even wipe the cache partition.
