Galaxy MAnother problem, is the 5g keeps switching repeatedly with 4g , but the same sim card on other mobile devices in the house constantly lets me use 5g.
Samsung should solve this issues as quickly as possible as it is causing a lot of inconvenience

Galaxy M*WiFi Signal Strength Issue*
1. *Distance and Interference*: WiFi signals can weaken due to distance from the router and interference from other devices.
2. *Device-Specific Issue*: Since other devices in the house don't experience this issue, it might be specific to your device.
*5G Network Switching Issue*
1. *Network Congestion*: 5G networks can be congested, causing your device to switch to 4G.
2. *Device Compatibility*: Although your SIM card works fine on other devices, there might be a compatibility issue with your current device.
3. *Software or Hardware Issue*: A software or hardware problem on your device could be causing the 5G network switching issue.
*Troubleshooting Steps*
1. *Restart your device and router*: This can often resolve connectivity issues.
2. *Move closer to the WiFi router*: Reduce the distance between your device and the router to improve signal strength.
3. *Check for physical obstructions*: Ensure there are no physical barriers (e.g., walls, furniture) blocking the WiFi signal.
4. *Update your device's software*: Ensure your device is running the latest software.
5. *Reset network settings*: Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
6. *Contact your network provider*: Reach out to your network provider to check for any issues with their 5G network in your area.
If none of these steps resolve the issues, it may be worth visiting a authorized service center for further assistance.

Galaxy MDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues. We are taking your valuable feedback regarding network issue.
● Galaxy device wi-fi issue: we want to inform you that make sure there is no interference between the router and your mobile device. Concrete walls, fridges, and microwaves can all interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.
→ Forget the Network: Settings>Connections>Wi-Fi>Wi-Fi network> Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.
→ Reset Network Settings: Settings>General Management.>Reset>Reset Network Setting.
→ Disable flight mode: Kindly check and disable the Airplane/Flight Mode on your device.
In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
● Galaxy device network shifting issue: We wanted to inform you about the 5G network service availability. Note that 5G may not be accessible depending on your mobile provider, even in designated areas.
Our provider is working on improving 5G service with future coverage expansions. Using 5G devices with LTE networks may result in increased battery consumption and heat generation compared to LTE devices.
High-power applications can cause your device to heat up, triggering an algorithm that limits performance and switches to 4G to prevent overheating. If this occurs, let your device cool down before using it again, and it will reconnect to 5G automatically once it's safe.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
