Galaxy MHave you tried restarting your device in Safe Mode to see if any third-party apps are causing the problem? You can also try resetting your network settings to their default values.
It's also possible that the issue is related to the August 2024 security update, which was released for the Galaxy M34. This update fixed several security vulnerabilities, but it's possible that it introduced some network-related issues as well.
I recommend reaching out to Samsung support again and providing them with more details about the issue you're experiencing. They may be able to provide you with additional troubleshooting steps or even a fix for the problem.
In the meantime, you can also try checking for any new software updates, as Samsung may have released a patch to fix the issue. To do this, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
