Wifi and Bluetooth not turning on

I just bought this phone(M53) and it was working fine for a few hours. Later the wifi and Bluetooth disconnected.  Im not able to turn it in. I restarted the phone and then it started working only for 5 minutes. What should I do?

Or you give us some portal.. where we can assured.. that our problems are being listend... it seems like.. we are interacting with a bot
