Frustrating issue!

The automatic WiFi disconnection and Bluetooth toggling on/off can be caused by various factors.

Software-Related Issues
1. *System glitch*: Restart your Samsung M35 in safe mode to isolate the issue.
2. *Software update*: Ensure your device is running the latest software. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
3. *App conflicts*: Disable recently installed apps or apps that use WiFi/Bluetooth extensively.

Settings-Related Issues
1. *WiFi settings*: Go to Settings > Connections > WiFi > Advanced > Keep WiFi on during sleep. Ensure this option is set to "Always".
2. *Bluetooth settings*: Check if Bluetooth is set to turn off automatically. Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Advanced > Auto-off timer.
3. *Power saving mode*: Disable Power saving mode or adjust its settings to prevent WiFi/Bluetooth from turning off.

Hardware-Related Issues
1. *WiFi/Bluetooth antenna*: Ensure the device's WiFi/Bluetooth antenna is not damaged or obstructed.
2. *Device damage*: Inspect your device for physical damage, especially around the WiFi/Bluetooth antenna area.

Additional Troubleshooting Steps
1. *Reset network settings*: Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
2. *Clear cache and data*: Clear the cache and data of the WiFi and Bluetooth settings apps.
3. *Perform a factory reset*: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consider performing a factory reset.

To avoid missing important messages and calls, consider:

1. *Using a third-party automation app* to keep WiFi/Bluetooth enabled.
2. *Setting reminders* for important events or messages.
3. *Using a wearable device* or a smartwatch to receive notifications.

If the issue persists after trying these troubleshooting steps, visit a Samsung authorized service center or contact their support team for further assistance.

To fix Wi-Fi automatically turning off on your Galaxy M35:

• Check for software updates.
• Disable Wi-Fi Power Saving Mode. (As I can see your Data Savings mode is enabled, disable it)
• Forget and rejoin your Wi-Fi network.
• Reset network settings.
• Check for interference.
• Restart your device.

If the problem persists, try booting in Safe Mode or factory resetting your device.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Kindly make sure that your cellphone is the only one having this problem on your Wi-Fi connection. If all devices are having Wi-Fi issues, then you want to contact your internet provider as the issue is not with your device but most likely with your Wi-Fi connection.

Path: Settings> Connections>Wi-Fi> Wi-Fi network> Forget Network.

● Restart the Router and Mobile Device:
1. Switch off your Router (at the wall or with the power button on the router) and wait for 2-3 minutes before switching it on. While you're waiting, press the Power button on your mobile device and select Restart.
2. Once the router has been successfully connected to the internet again, try to connect to your network on your mobile device.
3. Make sure there is no interference between the router and your mobile device. Concrete walls, fridges, and microwaves can all interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.

● Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If still facing issues, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
