I have bought SAMSUNG M35 5 days back. And I am facing overheating issue and by following samsung members app community for samsung m35 I got to know that the last update did this thing so please tell me any thing to solve or give a system update

As you mentioned in my previous post comments
wifi and network are basic operations
I will not use NFC and I use Bluetooth very rarely. which we do with any phone turning them off is not a solution even 7k moto g35 phone runs them better
I will not even play any games not even simple games
So provide appropriate solution not silly solutions like turn off everything this does not makes any sense for a smartphone

If it is an old phone I will agree these tips, but it is a brand new mobile
And I use both Sim cards in 4g setting only
And I am only using the apps which were provided with oem and I also uninstalled all the unnecessary apps

And without providing the update how do I update the phone the phone came with latest update

It is heating like a bike engine with regular use like WhatsApp and calling and texting and after unlocking the phone the phone is going warm and if I use anything it heats🥵

Solve the issue by providing the software update as I came to know by the samsung members app that this Feb update made this thing
Or else calloff this M35 device as many of the users are facing the issue

Background apps while posting this are only WhatsApp and this app
So provide a solution or an update to fix this as Samsung A35 and F54 have same SOC Exynox 1380 but they are not heating I have seen those mobiles with my friends so I brought this with this 1380 soc but I am experiencing this issue

Try using the device on 60htz, it's pathetic these devices can't stay cool on higher refresh rate.

If you're not required 5G all the time try using it on 4g as hunting 5g signals and on 5g generate heat and drain battery. You can make a (manual routine) widget for quickly switching to 5g.

Use a deep sleep feature in battery settings to control battery Drain and overheat from apps of less importance to your daily needs.

Also some cases and screen protectors trap heat so be aware of this too.

I feel u dude this phone **bleep**. What’s been working for me is killing the Google app, ditching Chrome, wiping out any apps I don’t use regularly and all the pointless notifications. I don’t mess with games but Instagram is the big one that fries my phone so I switched to the lite version. Another trick, drop it to 60Hz, that refresh rate pumps out way less heat. I also keep power-saving mode on all the time, this is a game changer since there’s no performance or CPU options on this phone also, add more apps to sleep in the battery settings too, that helps a lot. Even with all that, it still gets hot sometimes, no clue why. When it does, I just slap the screen side down on some cold floor tiles or anything chilly, works like a charm. Cases can screw you too. Ditch the silicone or rubbery ones and go for hard plastic. Way better.
