Galaxy MDear Samsung member,
Greetings from Samsung customer support.
We acknowledge your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will surely assist you regarding the same and please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
1: Reset Network Settings
Resetting the network settings will clear out anything potentially interfering with the network connectivity. This will reset all network settings, including those for:
Wi-Fi information.
Mobile data information (which will be read from your SIM card and re-saved to the device automatically).
Bluetooth connections.
Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Navigate to the apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on General Management.
Step3: Tap on Reset.
Step4: Tap on Reset Network Setting.
2: if the issue does not resolve then Clear cache and data of Bluetooth app data
Step1: Navigate to the apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Apps.
Step3: Tap on Menu (three dots).
Step4: Tap on Show system apps.
Step5: Tap on search and type "Bluetooth".
Step6: Tap on Bluetooth.
Step7: Tap on Storage.
Step8: Tap on Clear cache.
Note: Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Step9: Tap on Clear data.
Note: Clearing the data will reset the app to factory default settings. Any personal settings saved on the app will be removed.
Step10: Tap on OK.
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
Thank you for writing to us.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support.

Galaxy MI am also having same issue with my M53 5g since last week. I am able to connect to mobile hotspot after restart and it works. But if I try to connect to my Airtel wifi, it gets stuck after few minutes and does not show any WiFi networks to connect. We tried network settings reset and factory reset but the issue persist. Is there any solution to this problem?
