Unable to use split screen

I am using samsung galaxy f62. I was unable to open app in split screen view. When I click app icon in recent's screen it is only showing two options. Am not able to see split screen option. Can anyone tell how to use split screen

F62 does support split screen. I have used it but suddenly it got disappeared after sometime.

Please perform normal phone reset settings once

Settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings

Also not all apps support split screen

mere me bhi same problem hay sabhi kar liya .Even galaxy store me bhi chala gaya waha bhi kuch nahi hota

To open split screen follow these steps

1. First open an app that you want to open as split screen

2.then click home button

3.then click recent buttons

4.from there find your app and long press the icon as you see my first screenshot

5. Then you will find an option for split screen . Just click it

Restart your mobile and check. And also enable split screen in developer options. That worked for me.
