Unable to use split screen

I am using samsung galaxy f62. I was unable to open app in split screen view. When I click app icon in recent's screen it is only showing two options. Am not able to see split screen option. Can anyone tell how to use split screen

The way to use split screen is this way only long pressing the app icon in recent

I tried for different apps. It is not working with any app

Your device temperature is high that's why these options isn't showing. When your device cool down than all options will working.

Did you check with all apps
But as far as i know its nothing related to high temperature hot or cool.
Btw you noticed high temperature🤔

Yeah you are right it is not related to temperature i think. I have restarted my phone it showed me split screen option. And now it disappeared again. My phone temperature is normal only.

Actually split screens is not available for all apps by default to make all apps you need one option to enable in developer option then all apps will be available for split you can enable and then try

And If you not yet enable developer option then follow these steps

Steps to enable developer option
settings >about phone>software information >then u find build number >tap 7 times>then back to settings
and at end of settings one new option called developer option
click on it and find that option
