Unable to use split screen

I am using samsung galaxy f62. I was unable to open app in split screen view. When I click app icon in recent's screen it is only showing two options. Am not able to see split screen option. Can anyone tell how to use split screen

I am facing the same issue in my F62. I tried every means possible but the problem is not getting solved. Please help me

I also facing this issue. afterrestarting phone multi window option is shown and after some time it'll disappear and restarting again and again is not a proper solution.I think its a software related issue and if its a issue of software samsung have to roll out an update which fixes it.
