• battery charging is so slow even in fast charging taking upto 4 hrs

• phone heating up so fast (split screen not working properly due to this)

• unable to use subscription based video apps like prime Netflix as black screen appears instead of videos and only sound in audible.

• to much lagging and connection issues.
