My sister had an issue with the Samsung A01 for my nice and I advised flashed the firmware with Odin but she mistakenly flashed with both CSC and Home CSC. Now the phone is stuck on the Samsung ONLY screen.
When I try to reboot the phone into download mode, none of the key combination works.
When I press Volume Down + Power , it goes off, vibrates, shows the samsung A01 page and goes back to the Samsung only page. Please advice.
Keep the buttons pressed for sometime, the phone will restart but will eventually enter download mode. If this doesn't work, please try the methods from the picture attached.
Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:
1. Press the power and volume down key simultaneously for few seconds.
2. We request you to follow the standard charging procedure .i.e. Charge your device battery for 10 minutes.
Note: If still issue persists try to charge your device with another Samsung genuine charger
If still issue persists, we would request you to please visit the nearest service center for physical inspection of the device. Post physical inspection service center will be able to confirm the same.
