Unable to claim Airtel 5G Unlimited

I have tried reset network settings and received February patch update too but I am not able to claim it. It displays 5G but it is used from my data limit. Any solutions??

I tried to contact the Airtel Customer care but nothing happened

There is difference in 5G mode.
The 5g icon with black background is pure 5G and the 5G with light background is actually 4G network which gives 5G speed along with your 4G data plan.
