I am currently using M34 but Airtel App is not recognizing it as a 5G device. I tried to contact Airtel but they don't redirect it to the executive and the computer just speaks . I am not able to register a complaint with Airtel in the app using chat...
Is there anyone who is not able to claim Unlimited 5G offered by Airtel. Any solutions?? I am able to use 5G though but it is being used up from my daily limit. It shows that handset does not support 5G. Device - M34
I have tried reset network settings and received February patch update too but I am not able to claim it. It displays 5G but it is used from my data limit. Any solutions??
