Same problem with my f23, Last year in the month of March, Motherboard has changed in my device by Samsung Service center due to heating issue but this issue still in F23.Better not to use your device in warm rooms or warm surrounding for gaming.
Here, 3rd option 'Turn of 5G' need to be off to use 5g in Power saving mode. Then this issue will get resolved.If you like it, Please mark me as a solution.
