USB issue

JUST AN USB ISSUE....

Not connect USB in first try...

Just plug it loosely...

Plug🔌it by rotating other side and plug it...

After a few it connected but.....

In notification panel:

▪︎Not showing "unmount" option, and "USB is connected, tap to transfer files" which showing earlier...

▪︎Sometimes it shows "USB issue, tap to fix" 

But after tapping nothing happen

Device: M31

Software: one UI 2.5 with October security patch

pahle to mere phn me v support nahi kr raha tha...but when plug it rotating to other side....it works...see notification panel....also check my files....if usb storage is thr or not

as I face this problem and solve by this way...so I share my experience...it can help you if this type of problem occur....

if my previous comment is not work....
just see Eshank's comment which I accept as solution(clear cache, clear data as well as restarted device)....

i think it should help...
otherwise you can check by using another OTG/USB port connector...

I applied this method on my samsung galaxy s21 plus ... but the problem still exists...plz can anyone tell me how to fix this issue on galaxy s21 plus...it's very irritating getting a restart msg everytime when I take out usb without tapping unmount because it's no longer showing in notification section
