I have submitted the error report with log twice. Both time I got same response "we have submitted bug to technical team". Restarted the phone, wipe cache partition I tried literally every thing I found on Internet. I even visited the service center for the same and I got worst experience with their employees. No one was able to understand the issue even after I have shown them pictures and videos of it. They were looking at me like I am talking nonsense-out of the world thing. They were completely having zero knowledge about the UI/UX of smartphone. I mean seriously!, Samsung really hires these people! All they did were factory reset the phone and give it back to me. For this also they took 2 hours. I was not satisfied with the service they were offering so I did not argued much at that time. So I came back to home and hoping that this might be fixed in next update.
2 days earlier I got small update. After that also the issue still persist :( Its clear that Samsung is not taking customer issues seriously.
When you have paid the hard-earned money to buy a product which you are using on day-to-day basis and you are noticing this little issue every time you are using the phone you fill DISAPPOINTMENT.
NEVER gone buy the Samsung product again.

I had hard reset the phone but it still UI lag and phone hangs and stuck for a minute while I am using Samsung M31s mobile
