Memory Management Problem

Pl give a updates for other options on memory.  For deleting this file. This file is take 4.5 gb in my m31 but it's increasing automatically  but not deleting

Bro after u delete check and clean recycle bin then u can have storage free

Bro other file can not be deleted in any mobile. It is bug of any mobile
