Storage permission issue

Unable to grant storage permission to 3rd party apps from m52. When I spoke to the customer support they said it could be the 3rd party apps fault. I believe it may be the Samsungs system-level concern. This has impacted my ability to access certain applications to their full potential.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to enable storage permission on your device.

Setting >security and privacy> more security settings> allow unknown applications.

In case the issue still occurs kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
