Galaxy MHello,after an OS update it is necessary to do a cache wipe or factory reset to clean the old OS files.So do a cache wipe or reset from recovery mode and then check issue.However if it doesn't work then wait for updates of bug fixes.

Galaxy MSometime updates from Samsung are half baked with bunch of bugs.So only option is wait for update with bug fixes.
