Network reception issue

Samsung galaxy M30s has poor networks reception,also slow internet speeds,when it will fix it out Samsung??

Even I started using M30S today and observed that signal strength is very poor all the time. The same SIM had good reception in Nokia 6. Mobile basic use is making and receiving calls. Kindly take this into priority and sort it out. Kindly reply.

Low SAR Value = Low Network

As per GSMarena.com Samsung M30s have 0.47 W/kg (head) SAR Value

For Strongest Reception go with HIGH SAR (but under permissible value) Value handset.

You can check your old handset SAR Value and compare it with M30s.

This is rude shock, but fact, now it can not get improved via Software etc.

Same sim has full signal in my Nokia 6. So the samsung M30s hardware has really some problem with signal reception. Kindly if any one knows solution share here.

Wait for next software update bro,otherwise u can post same problem on Samsung member and Twitter on Samsung page ...

Getting extremely poor speeds on 4g network, while I was getting great speeds with the same sim on my older phone. Samsung please resolve this on priority.
