Galaxy MDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.
If you enter the wrong PIN or pattern on the Secure Folder login screen, a "Forgot PIN" or "Forgot Pattern" menu will appear at the bottom.
• The device will ask if you forgot your PIN or pattern, depending on your lock type. You can then reset your PIN or pattern through this menu. This requires you to be signed in to your Samsung account.
• The "Forgot PIN" or "Forgot Pattern" menu only appears if the "Reset with Samsung account" option (default: Off) was enabled when you created the Secure Folder. If this option was turned off, the menu won't appear.
• If the "Reset with Samsung account" option is off, and you enter the wrong PIN or pattern 14 times (Android U OS) or 20 times (T OS and earlier versions), an "Uninstall Secure Folder" menu will appear on the login screen. You can then uninstall and reinstall the Secure Folder.
