Screen Heating Issue

I've bought new m31, and with minimal task screen panel near earpiece (whole upper region) is getting excessively hot. Is it normal? Or should I get a replacement? Will it damage screen?

if you buy new wait for for few days and if possible do visit service centre if you really feel heat
