I've seen heating issue in samsung mobile (near earpiece and upper front portion of screen) , does anyone had this issue with their M21 phones? I'm thinking to buy one for my dad. I want to know reviews of M21, and issues related to it.

I've bought new m31, and with minimal task screen panel near earpiece (whole upper region) is getting excessively hot. Is it normal? Or should I get a replacement? Will it damage screen?
