Samsung m31 not getting charge

Hi Team,

My phone m31 was on charging properly ,suddenly it stoped charging.

I checked,  it's adopter  with different cord with other phone its working.

then I tried  to charge my m31 phone  by its charger cord with other adopter ,  it showing charging sign but not getting charge.

In my testing I have tested adopter and cord working fine separately. But My phone M31 is not getting charge.

Please let me what to do next.

Same issue happening with me as well, I did all restart format etc but no response. Samsung technical team kindly assist

I read on atechlad.com that one of the possible solutions is installing pending updates. I tried that and it worked! My phone is now charging fast. 

Method – 2 – Installing any Pending Updates

As said above, charging issues often occur because of the software. If your phone is still turned on, check if your phone has any pending updates. If yes, then update it. These are the basic options that one must go through if their phone is not charging.

After spending a lot of time frustrating over it, this is what worked. Follow exactly as listed. -

1. Put your phone on flight mode.

2. Restart your phone.

3. Connect your phone to a laptop and let it charge till it gains 1% battery.

4. Go to settings -> Device care -> Battery -> Charging -> Disable fast charging.

5. Restart your phone.

6. Connect to your Samsung charger and leave untill it gains 1% battery. 

7. If it still does not charge there is likely a fault on the motherboard and cannot be resolved.

8. Unplug your charger

9. Go to settings -> Device care -> Battery -> Charging -> Enable fast charging.

10. Restart your phone. 

It should work now.

Today i am facing the same issue,

M31s Mobile charging stop working suddenly,  I used the same charger in another mobile and it's working fine.. could be some issue in Mobile socket or internal issue.

please help, how can i fix this issue.. currently i have 10% battery in mobile
