Hi Team,

 

My phone m31 was on charging properly ,suddenly it stoped charging.

 

I checked,  it's adopter  with different cord with other phone its working.

then I tried  to charge my m31 phone  by its charger cord with other adopter ,  it showing charging sign but not getting charge.

 

In my testing I have tested adopter and cord working fine separately. But My phone M31 is not getting charge.

 

Please let me what to do next.

Try charging with mobile switched off.

Hi,

I have exactly same problem as stated above, since yesterday.

 

M31 is not getting charged through it’s adapter and usb cable. It just doesn’t show charging symbol. However, same adapter and cable are working fine with other handsets (checked with OnePlus phone).

 

Tried using other adapter and usb cable to charge M31, though the charging symbol is shown, but phone doesn’t charge at all.

 

Tried using other adapter and M31 charging cable...charging sign is visible, but charging percentage is dropping, which means no charging

 

Tried using Samsung adapter and other usb cable....no charging symbol.

 

Please help!

I am also facing the same problem. Now my phone is completely discharge.

Their service center is also closed due to lockdown. I don't know what to do next.

Bro day before only I have changed my charging port because of this reason but again today it is not charging

Please be assured and to resolve "charging" issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1) Safe mode:-Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
Note :-To exit safe mode restart the device .

2)Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
