My samasung galaxy M35 is having charging issues!

Hi All, my 1 month old M35 is having charging issues. Sometimes it charges fine but sometimes not. Even it may show charging but it may not be actually charging. Im using 25W samsung power brick. Sometimes even turned on this wont show that its charging. So much mess and couldnt leave the phone confidently that its getting charged. Tried to reset the settings and even resetting the battery stats. Still the same issue persist. Anyone please help.

Please charge your's device in cool atmosphere also turn off internet during charging also reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also turn on super fast charging in battery settings then try to it's again. Didnt help. I tried the steps that you said but the issue still persist.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for resolves this issue. As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Check connectivity & charger functionality: Please check whether the charger cable and adapter are fixed well. Remove the charging cable and reconnect with the mobile phone properly.

Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.

Note: Kindly open Device Care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3dots (more option) at the top right-hand side > Please select settings> Enable fast cable charging.

Kindly disable the battery protection mode( if enabled).

Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. Charge the device in switch-off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.

Please check the back panel of your device's physical condition (Bulge, Swelling, or visible damage).

If the physical condition is not good: Request you to turn off the device immediately and please do not try to charge or tamper with the battery also request you to visit the service center immediately.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Thanks for the response. I did turned off the battery protection ( initial time i set this as basic and then to maximum as i thought this would help much and now completely turned off ). And switched off the mobile and plugged in for charging. Now charging like a rocket 12% within 8 minutes. Previously this was 2% in 6-7 minutes. But then why samsung has created this battery protection feature though and cant charge the phone always on switched off state right ? How could we tackle these 2 scenarios now ? @galaxym
