Samsung galaxy M51 white line problem

I have brought my Samsung M51 on 21st jan, 2021 and it is now out of warranty. In August 2023 i update my phone. After updation the phone shows white line on screen after I restart this line was gone, this happend two times. On 29th September, 2023 my Samsung M51 display is showing vertical white line permanently after the update, with in two days another line also come . At always on display mode it shows green line. The problem is still exists after trying out methods like restart, safe mode. Phone doesn't have any physical damage or anything else. I went to Samsung service center and they asked me huge amount rs 8500 from the fault from your side. And they said that the M51 model doesn't reported such problem and Samsung india didn't give any solution for this problem. The Samsung service center tried to avoid me.

As a Samsung user I urge Samsung to make an official statement about this faulty update and announce free replacement of display for all affected phones of Samsung M51. I hope that Samsung will provide a solution for this problem. I am hoping for clear reply on the solution and request a free screen replacement as soon as possible, as it is not my fault to update the Samsung m51.

We're will I get job sheet number. It shows my phone isn't compatible with this version

Job sheet is a process where the Samsung customer care provide you a summary of the physical and hardware condition of your phone. You have to submit your phone at service center and have to pay around 175 rs. After one day they will provide you the report.

Hello, I have the same issue of Dark mode being turned greyish and no true black since 2 - 3 months now. No bugs fixed by Samsung in the later update. Again in the next update I have got a white vertical line issue. I can assure 100% there had been no physical damage to the phone. Really bad from Samsung. I wonder if they are deliberately doing this. Apple did the same thing with deliberately slowing old gen phones. Samsung maybe following Apple's steps. Samsung had mocked Apple when they stopped providing charging bricks in box. Soon Samsung is doing the same and not providing charging bricks in box for some devices.
