Galaxy MHi Samsung Team,
PFB my Samsung Galaxy M 31 Mobile has stopped working after upgrade failed. Its under warranty. I have purchased it on March 17, 2020. Any prompt help would be highly appreciated.
Mobile Model: Galaxy M31
S/N: RZ8N306DHKR
Purchase Date: March 17, 2020
Issue/Problem:
ODIN MODE (AVB Fail)
SUPER: Build-id does not match with the reference
(SUPER) : 30278215R, (BOOTLOADER) : 29256088
FYI I have tried many times to restart using Volume down + Power button but didn’t get any success. It showing only Downloading (blue screen). Due to Corona virus outbreak my daily work is completely depending on this mobile but due to this problem I cannot use this mobile at all now. This will put my job in danger. I have contacted Samsung chat assistant but they have suggested to visit the service center which is not possible in current lock-down situation. Please share if it can be resolved with your help because it seems to be a OS upgrade failed related issue and not related to hardware. In my Google search I found most of the Galaxy M31 mobiles are facing the same issue, so I please suggest how it can be fixed without visiting to Samsung service center.

Galaxy MTry following link. It worked for me.
Just Charge your phone for 30 min (if it is fully discharged).
Download ODIN software.
Install/Run it on your PC.
Download latest firmware.
Unzip the file. No need to put in specific folder.
Connect Phone via USB/Type-C cable to PC.
Follow instruction mentioned in 3rd Method.
