Using this method to recover the software will result in the phone being reset to factory default and all user data will be deleted but you can restore the data if backup was taken.

Some users are complaining that the below smartswitch method is not working for them. So in that case you need to restore it via odin or wait for Samsung service center to open.

Step 1
Download and Install Smart switch on your PC

Step 2
After installing Smart Switch Follow the steps.

A. Select More >
B. Select Emergency Software and Initialization
C. Select device Initialization
D. select the model name and S/N, select OK and follow instructions.

AFTER THAT YOUR PHONE WOULD REBOOT AND REINSTALL THE SOFTWARE

ODIN Method (Not Recommend)
Warning. Recommend only if you know what you are doing
Step 1.
Download the latest version of odin from the website.

Step 2.
Download your mobile firmware via Samfirmware website.

Step 3.
Extract these files

Step 4.
You should get 5 files: AP , BL , CP , CSC_ , HOME_CSC_

Select all md5 and HOME_CSC except CSC if you want to retain your data and apps.

Step 5.
Add these files in the respective field in odin.
I repeat do not mess with other settings in odin.

Step 6.
Boot your phone in download mode. But i guess the phone is already in download mode

Step 7.
Click on start and wait for odin to say pass.
