I guess that problem issued after update... this problem can solve very easily.
"Goto setting > general management > reset > reset all settings" then restart your phone.
All problems will be solved easily. No any data loosing. It's very safe. 👍
#your setting will be default and new.

Galaxy MNo change then go to safe mode bro and restart ur phone ..
No change then may be a hardware issue u can go to authorized samsung service center
