My galaxy m31s frequently auto reboot problem since last 2-3 months after applying update.
This is very disappointing and am not able to use the phone. Service center is asking RS 7000 for motherboard replacement. This is not my fault(looks like samsung has shipped untested update) and hence Samsung should resolve immediately without any cost.
Stop distributing knowledge which is not at all working.
Samsung Support Center executive immediately diagnosed the issue and suggested a solution (mother board replacement) even without touching the phone, knowing that latest Samsung patch has been applied to phone.
