Am facing mic issues as well as speaker issues. For mic the other end person is not able to hear properly, at the same time i my end am hearing a monotone. I have not used any accessories while calling. The application used for calling is Whatsapp. I experienced the same in normal GSM calls as well. Is this a manufacturing defect? I have already tried the solutions you have already suggested to many here. Please help.
I bought this junk in Dec 2020, and it was worst decision to go with Samsung Phone, I have got it fixed under warranty two times but nothing helped, they replaced Mic, Screen and Motherboard in each visit, but Mic is the issue, it stops working without any reason and sometimes works after restart at other times it simply does not work even after full factory restore. I am sure this is manufacturing defect but Samsung will not accept it. If Samsung is reading it please work on quality. I need full refund for this phone, can someone help me to get this done ?
