Am facing mic issues as well as speaker issues. For mic the other end person is not able to hear properly, at the same time i my end am hearing a monotone. I have not used any accessories while calling. The application used for calling is Whatsapp. I experienced the same in normal GSM calls as well. Is this a manufacturing defect? I have already tried the solutions you have already suggested to many here. Please help.
2. Check network operator settings Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

What you have suggested does not work for me, can you tell how to get rid of this phone ? Can I get refund ? If yes, please save me. After two visits to service center they still failed to fix it. It is manufacturing defect please accept it.
Samsung has given faulty product to AMAZON M31. Check amazon site also not allowing Reviews. This is not good. My samsung M31 also has microphone problem. Please reply to this thread.
