Hi, I have bought a phone Samsung Galaxy M14 5G on October 2023 within 1 Yr itself it has reported mic issue and given to samsung service center(vadakara) with their checking they confirmed as water damage and after cleaning they confirmed no pblm remains and after returning home the same issue started and later I gave to another samsung service center (thalassery)they suggested me with changing of charging board with payment of ₹800 after changing also the same problem retained and on the next visit they told me to have a huge pay for changing a board . I was totally frustrated due to poor service and problem solving skill by care center
