My M51 display is flickering. Service center person told that display of devices gone defective and need to replace. I checked, many people are facing same issue. That's mean Samsung given such like display which will go defective after one or one and half year and then that need to replace. So it is a recurring cost, if you buy this phone. Company like Samsung is doing this for recurring business. So that every year they can get profit by selling display of this phone. It is not a very low budget phone, so that Samsung can claims that due to low budget they use low cost materials.
Will you change display without cost after physical inspection of device in service center??? Your technician will said need to replace the display and I need to pay for the same. When you will stop making fool to your customers?? You people are providing low cost parts and looting customer by replacing the parts.
I'm also facing the same issue, Now samsung is also like some typical Chinese brand phone... They lost their brand value I'm the market and same in my eyes.
