Galaxy MI bought Samsung M30s phone last year (January '20) and it worked fine for some months. After the software updates, it was frequently restarted automatically and today it had gone to Dead. I went to service center and they said that motherboard crashed and all the data in the mobile was lost.
As per their system,I purchased the phone on 22nd Jan,2020 and it is dead on 22nd Jan,2021.
Exactly in a year my phone is dead which I did not expect it from Samsung.I have been using samsung product(TV and Mobiles) from May,2014 but Today I completely disappointed on their product.Samsung might loose one valueable customer if they don't give proper response.
Best Regards,
Sivakumar

Galaxy MI too bought my M30s during Jan'20. The phone went dead yesterday and I could not restart it. Took and left it at the Samsung service centre. They called last evening and said motherboard gone, replacement will cost 6.5k. I have not yet given permission to proceed. I paid 15k for the phone itself, the 128 gb version. Exactly one month after warranty ended, the phone has gone kaput. Very substandard product.
Prior to this it was automatically restarting two-three times daily by itself, which I thought was some software glitch that will disappear after updates. But now this has happened.
I have never used it for gaming. I dislike video games. I am a normal phone user who connects to social media and just watches music videos with headphones from time to time. The Moto G3 I bought four years ago is still going strong. I thought Samsung will be even better. But it has proved to be trashy.
I intend to take the phone back from the service centre tomorrow and give it to the friendly mobile repair shop nearby. If he can fix it, good. Else I will donate it to him to make use of the battery / display, and buy a new phone. Will I buy another Samsung? probably not.

Galaxy MIts a cheap quality phone having power ic problem.
I bought on October 2019, one year 10 months.
Set hang at logo. Took to nearest service centre. Did something (think heated the power IC) started working. He told me Mother board to be replaced if problem persists at the cost 5500.00., but same problem when I reached home.
I strongly advice not to go for Samsung mobiles.

Galaxy MAnd when the phone take to the service centre , they tells that the motherboard should be changed with a cost around 8k -10k.
My m30s smartphone's warranty was end a few days ago.
I am anxious about my phone too..
Is Samsung ( so called reputed brand) makes a scam with m30s?
I didn't see any explanation from Samsung's side regarding the above issue.
I think the users must react against this injustice.
Atleast Samsung must fix this issue with free of cost otherwise they must recall all the m30s smartphones from the customers...

Galaxy MNo use of contacting Samsung India.
I bought M30s in October 2019 which hangs at logo screen. Service centre rectified the problem probably by heating the power IC as he was trying to cool it and asked me replace the Mother board at 5500.00.
Same problem when I reached home.
Samsung India person gave me his free advice " you have used it for 22 months, its out of warranty and chargeable" May be that's the life of their mobiles.
I took his advice and scrapped M30 and bought some other make.
Great service we can do is to advice all our friends & relatives not to buy Samsung Mobiles. At least they are saved of their hard earned money.
I have already started.

Galaxy Mjust after completing the warranty the phone is getting automatically freeze and restart. This is only happening due to software update (November 2020 security patch).
Samsung need to provide solution to this issue by either providing update or else repairing the phones free of cost.
whenever we visit service centre we can hear hear only one solutions I.e. to change motherboard which costs upto 8k-10k ....almost 60% of the phone cost
Samsung please provide solution asap
