Samsung M30s Battery changing time

Hi dear all Samsungians, 

Last week I purchased #SamsungM30s, as all you know guys its come with 6k mAh battery with Fast Charging 

But its take up to 5hours plus to fully charged.

Let me know if its normal as it's too much annoying me

Youtube reviews are biased. common sense. Otherwise they will not get handsets before release.

Have you enabled the fast charging option in the battery settings? If no, then please enable it and check whether it solves your problem.

My device charges in 2.5 hours using the supplied samsung 15 Watt charger. But if I use some other 18 Watt charger it charges faster than the usual but does not make that much of a difference because my phone took 2 hours 10 min to charge with an 18 Watt fast Charger.

Plus every smartphone company recommends charging their devices with the supplied charger in the box, even though you can use a different charger just make sure it won't damage your device or your battery.

I have discharged my phone completely untill it gets switchedoff and then started charging it keeping phone switchedoff.. now its taking around 2.5 hrs for charging fully.. Please try this.. 

If you had baught ur phone on Amaxone, please call amazon customer care.. Their tech team will connect to ur phone and run some tests...
