I bought my phone by last October. Now my phone charger is not working.

Will it cover under phone warranty? If yes, how to get the replacement at this curfew time in India?

Accessories have 6 months of warranty.

Contact to their customer care service and tell them about this issue.

can you help me with the customer care mail id please? in India complete locked down. all stores are closed including Samsung service center. really i dont know how to reach them for the replacement. Thank you again.

thank you Complexer.. I've submitted a request in samsung support portal yesterday and no one has replied to me so far.. i tried with smart services optiond aldo. it is routing to chat bot. any other option available?
