Experiencing Severe Battery Drain? You're Not Alone!
Hi everyone, I've recently encountered a significant battery drain issue on my Samsung Galaxy M35 right after installing the November update. It seems this problem is affecting the device's overall performance, making the battery drain much faster than usual.
Steps I've Tried to Resolve the Issue:
1. Checked for Software Updates: Ensured my device and apps are up to date by navigating to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
2. Optimized Battery Settings: Went to Settings > Battery and device care and selected Optimize now. Also enabled Optimal performance mode to conserve battery life.
3. Cleared Cache Partition: Booted into Maintenance mode and cleared the Cache Partition, then rebooted the phone.
4. Monitored Battery Usage: Checked Settings > Battery to see which apps are consuming the most battery. Updated or uninstalled apps that seemed to be the culprits. 5. Performed a Factory Reset: As a last resort, I performed a factory reset after backing up all my data.

No Response from Samsung Customer Care Despite trying all these steps, the issue persists, and to make matters worse, I've received no response from Samsung customer care regarding this problem. It's quite disappointing and frustrating not to get the support needed to resolve such a critical issue. Looking for Suggestions and Shared Experiences
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with their Samsung Galaxy M35 after the update? If so, were you able to find a solution? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, if anyone has had better luck with Samsung customer care, please share your experience and how you managed to get a response. Thanks in advance for your help!

Here are some suggestions to help you resolve the battery drain issue on your Samsung Galaxy M35 after the November update:
1. Check for Updates:
* Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to make sure your device and apps are up to date.
2. Optimize Battery Settings:
* Go to Settings > Battery and device care and select Optimize now.
* Enable Adaptive Battery and Power saving mode to conserve battery life.
3. Clear Cache Partition:
* Reboot your phone into Recovery mode and clear the cache partition.
4. Monitor Battery Usage:
* Go to Settings > Battery to see which apps are consuming the most battery.
* Update or uninstall apps that seem to be the culprits.
5. Perform a Factory Reset:
* As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset after backing up your data.
6. Contact Samsung Support:
* If none of the above solutions work, contact Samsung customer support for further assistance.
Additional Tips:
* Avoid using resource-intensive apps in the background.
* Reduce screen brightness and turn off unnecessary features like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use.
* Use battery-saving tips like Dark Mode and Adaptive Battery.
Please note:
* It's important to back up your data before performing a factory reset.
* If you're still experiencing battery drain issues after trying these solutions, you may want to consider downgrading to an earlier version of the software, which is technically not possible at all.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Rithik I sold M35 a month ago due to Heavy Battery Drain and charging port issue. Factory reset around 12 times , 4 service centers visit and no solution. Better sell it or use it but don't expect anything .... you will spoil your mental health. Stay safe and Healthy. Customer service is a Sham now a Days.

For battery draining issue use upto 20% and then charge upto 100% and then check.
