Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Lowering refresh rate
Turn off background finally lowering the phone feature making it underperform, then what is the purpose of phone upgrade? These steps recommended under topic "old Android phone battery drain fix" .you recomend it for a new phone that was spoiled by samsung update. If you are a m35 user raise the complaint please

This m35 face issue after november 2024 update ,there is a clear reason behind it which has to be addressed /fixed by samsung.

→ Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

→ You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Yes I too faced the same issue .Seems Samsung purposely released the november 2024 update just to drain the battery of m35 .Be cause overall m35 really performed well before november 2024 update .
