Samsung Galaxy M21 Heating Issue and Battery draining issue

My Samsung Galaxy M21 suddenly started to heat up in fingerprint area. When I start the phone the fingerprint area become hot. When I use wifi or data connection it heats up more. This cause a major battery draining. What should I do?

Put unused apps to sleep

Done that already. When the phone is on, fingerprint area heats up automatically. That area is always heating. If I use the phone it heats up more.

Nothing happens...I visited...they do a software reinstallation...but issue persists

I used to get 1 and a half day of battery backup. Right now the phone's charge is draining even being idle.

Check in device care, for error reports for apps.

Not yet, no not hardware problem this started just after last update
