Ringtone volume issue | M30s

Is anyone else facing the sudden change in ringtone volume to low volume?

Mostly it happens after disconnecting headphone frm the jack.

Volume controls work differently for both hands free mode or normal mode. It's not an issue instead the smartphone remembers your preference for volume when you are using it without a headphone or when you are using it with a headphone.

For example, whenever I plug my headphones into the device I prefer to silence the notification so that it doesn't interrupts my music or podcasts, that's why I have turned it down to zero. And now I don't have to do it again and again, instead whenever I plug my headphones the volume automatically goes down to zero.

I think u r mixing volume level for media with volume level for ringtone.

I knw it works differently.

Let's assume ringtone volume is high when headphone is not connected and when i connect headphone it gets low. So now when i disconnect headphone shouldn't ringtone volume be on high level again? Yeah it should be and that's the problem it is not happening.

Btw I dont think ringtone volume has different profile for headphone and without headphone.

No, ringtone volume is not affected by connecting headphones only media and notification volume is affected.

I know it and it is not affected by connecting headphone.

It is affected by disconnecting headphone from the jack n i think it is happening after gaming.

When i stop playing game n disconnect headphone it happens.

Btw now a days im playing only call of duty

Go to sound and keep different sound levels for Ringtones, media sound and system sound.
But speaker sound is really odd it is so low till the end .
