I hava an issue regarding ringtone volume down by itself

Ringtone volume down by itself automatically even after i dedicate the volume keys to media volume control .for which i missed many important calls.

Do you use any faulty earphone because in some devices it happens when the earphone plugged into the device is faulty

I never used any type of earphone till now.

Follow these 4 steps
1. Reset Audio setting
2. Reset Factory setting
3. Change your Ringtong
4. Go to Customare Centre
