Samsung M21 has Exynos 9611 Processor which supports Carrier Aggregation ( LTE+/ 4G+) but it is not working on many M Series Smartphones.
So I think that all users of M series should contact to Samsung and tell them to fix this problem via an OTA update.

Samsung is discriminating with Indian Customers. M21 model in US supports 2CA as mentioned on the official website of Samsung US. but in India, they are not enabling it

Even m31 which is latest model doesn't support this feature. My 2 year old moto G supports this! Already sent request to Samsung.
