Restrict Data usage for selected Apps

Is there any way to restrict data/internet usage (both foreground and background data) of selected apps ?

I am new to Samsung M21, previously was using Honor's phone where it had an option in settings to restrict data and wifi usage for selected apps.

You can go to settings and after that select sim card and network option after that click on data usage after that select the data saver and turn on the data saver after that background data apps are are not use data and you can also select the apps, these are to restricted to access data

Yes that works for stopping background data of all apps.
But I wish to restrict background as well as foreground data usage i.e. even when I am using an app, it should not use any mobile data or WiFi data.

there is inbuilt features....but one need to find and enable in Samsung Max app
