Restart issue solved by Samsung

Dear Users I was using Samsung m31s device 1 year and 3 months old, from last some days it was restarting automatically and stuck during the use.
I have spoke to Samsung official and they suggested me to visit service center and submit my phone.
After 2 days they replaced motherboard of device free of cost.
I want to thank brand for addressing the issue and work on it.
This is my first Samsung device and I appreciate support shown by Samsung.

I don't have any evidence but for sure they'll do it free if your problem is genuine.
