Resolve Green Line issue

Hello ! Iam a User of Samsung Galaxy M52 5G mobile. Few days back, while using my mobile, a green line has been appeared on my phone screen. So, when I've checked about the issue, I've seen that the samsung company officially announced free screen replacement for green line on phone for few S series users. So I went to the store for replacement. But, they are saying that the screen has to be replaced, and it costs around 7000.

I've asked for the free replacement, but they mentioned that it isn't applicable for M52 model phones.

I hereby, raise a complaint to the official Samsung community, claiming that, they should provide free replacement for even M52 users also. As I got this issue without any self damage, it's the responsibility if the respective community to consider this.

If free replacement is applicable for other models, then it should be provided for M52 model also.

Hence, I sincerely request the concerned authority to check through my concern and take the necessary action.

Samsung is a cheater company, they told me to pay for screen replacement as my samsung galaxy m52 having green line issue. Previously I had purchased samsung tab s9 fe+ to make samsung ecosystem, but now I will never buy any samsung products in my life ever. Very bad act done by samsung.

So far we all are trusting Samsung device because we believe it that they have standard but now we are facing the issues in multiple devices this is seriously damaging Samsung Image after purchase 30 k phone and we are facing this issue and no response from the Samsung care as well they are simply saying customer have to bair the replacement cost of screen without any fault. By saying so Samsung are not taking responsibility of their device . That it's there fault

I am a samsung lover. I bought many samsung products. Now, I am also facing green line issues on my M52 5g mobile. For the last 3 months, 2 lines have come without any physical damage. Today, also, a new green line again came while I was operating my phone. Suddenly, a new line came on my display. I was shocked and thinking many more lines would come in the future.

I am not only the person facing this issue. Many other customers like me are facing the issue.

I am requesting the Samsung company to please resolve the issue for free.
